Nominee Requirements

  • Commitment to Professional Development: The educator should actively pursue continuous professional development, attending workshops, earning certifications, or implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
  • Community Involvement: The nominee should contribute to the school and local community through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or partnerships that go beyond the classroom.
  • Peer and Leadership Recommendation: Nominations should include endorsements or testimonials from colleagues, school administrators, or mentors who can speak to the educator’s leadership, collaboration, and commitment to education.
