Nominee Requirements
- Length of Service: The educator should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- Impact on Students: The nominee should demonstrate a positive and lasting impact on their students, as evidenced by improved academic performance, personal growth, or testimonials from students and parents.
- Commitment to Professional Development: The educator should actively pursue continuous professional development, attending workshops, earning certifications, or implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Community Involvement: The nominee should contribute to the school and local community through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or partnerships that go beyond the classroom.
- Peer and Leadership Recommendation: Nominations should include endorsements or testimonials from colleagues, school administrators, or mentors who can speak to the educator’s leadership, collaboration, and commitment to education.
